専門店のようなふわふわなかき氷が自宅で手軽にお楽しみ頂ける“本格かき氷器”。業務用ハイエンド仕様のかき氷器を目指し、刃物メーカー “貝印”のノウハウを取り入れ開発を行いました。氷を薄くふわふわに削りだせる刃付けが施されており、ハンドルを回すたびに氷が薄く削り出される心地よい感触を楽しんでいただけます。かき氷の味わいをさらに深めるための製氷器も独自に設計開発、不純物の少ない透明で削りやすい氷をつくることができます。（解説／貝印  株式会社）2016年4月発売   ¥15,000（税抜き）

夏、かき氷屋のお店で見かけるかき氷器といえば皆さんが共通なかたちを思い浮かべるであろう。そんな懐かしさを感じさせるこの製品は、おじいちゃんやおばあちゃんも孫たちと一緒に家庭で本格的なかき氷を楽しめる。このデザインは現代風のインテリアにもマッチし、いつまでも身近に置いて使って貰いたい製品である。（選定委員／伊奈 史朗）

A shaved ice maker that allows you to enjoy fluffy shaved ice like that of a speci-alty store in the home. We sought to develop a high-end industrial machine by incorporating the know-how of blade manufacturer "Kai Corporation”. With a blade that scrapes ice thinly and fluently, you can enjoy the pleasant feeling of the ice being shaved very thin with each turn of the handle. In order to bring out the taste of the shaved ice dessert, we also independently designed and develop-ed an ice making machine that creates transparent ice, free of impurities, perfect for shaved ice. This product, reminiscent of that nostalgic form, allows grandparents and grandchildren alike can make quality shaved ice toge-ther in the home.
