高い性能を維持しながら空を舞う鳥のような美しいフォルムにデザインしました。本製品は、人の動線上を一番高く、高さを必要としないテーブルの上(中央)を低くすることで快適な空間を作り出しています。ポールの本数を一般的な2本ではなく3本にすることでタープの稜線と人の動線が重なり、スムーズにタープの下を移動することが可能になりました。デッドスペースであった中央上部を低くすることで、雨が滞り無く流れる道を生み出しています。

3本のポールによって支える新発想のタープである。通常、タープは中央部に高い空間ができるものが一般的だが、このタープでは線状に高い空間が形成され、中央位置は低くなる。これは「中央部にテーブルが置かれ、そこに向かって線状に動線が形成される」という実際の使用シーンを丁寧に検討した結果から導き出された結論である。このような使い勝手の検討も

HD Tarp Shield Mawe L is designed in an elegant form like a bird soaring in the sky while ensuring a high level of performance. The product provides a comfortable space by creating the highest points above people’s circulation and the lowest above the table at the center, where height is not as necessary. By using three poles instead of two which is common, the ridgeline of the tarp matches the line of circulation, making possible an unobstructed flow of movement under the tarp. On the other hand, lowering the unnecessary space at the center creates a smooth path for the rainwater.

The product is a new invention of a tarp supported by three poles. Normally, tarps have a high ceiling in the center and get lower on the sides. This tarp makes a tall linear space, lower in the middle and higher in the edges, which allows the users to put the table in the center and move around it easily. This solution was derived from examining carefully how tarps are used. It is not only user-friendly but also forms a remarkably beautiful space.
